EXPATRIATE PROGRAMS

American Overseas Program (AOP) – Designed for employee, spouse and dependents.  1-2 days, depending on the country and the level of participant experience.  Includes cultural overview, workplace culture, personal and family adjustment and destination orientation.  Developed database on 64 countries.

Foreign National Program (FNP) – Target audience and content the same as the AOP except the target culture is the United States.  Two-day program.  Developed database on 45 U.S. cities.

PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMS and SERVICES

Business Familiarization Program (BFP) – Designed for corporate employees who may travel overseas or who may be involved in international multicultural projects.  Half-day and full day programs.  Culture specific.  Programs are modified for specific job functions.

Multicultural Leadership – Designed for individuals responsible for leading professionals, teams, departments or organizations in the achievement of specific business objectives within a multicultural context. (1 or 2 day options) 

Multicultural Team Effectiveness w/Geographically Dispersed Team Option – Designed for team leaders, members and intact teams where team membership is comprised of individuals from varying cultures.  Optional discussion topics include geographically dispersed teams -- variables and efficiencies, best practices and provide participants with multiple assessment tools and checklists. (1 or 2 day options)

Coaching and Organizational Interventions - INSERV professionals will work with you to address individual, team or organizational challenges of a multicultural or distance management nature.  INSERV will assess the issues and develop an effective strategy for managing a successful resolution.  Implementation and progress are monitored and timely feedback provided.
